Why £10,000?
Because a meaningful audit of a £10m+ marketing operation takes senior operator time, proper access, and genuine analysis. Free audits tell you what you already know. This one tells you what you don’t. If £10k is a barrier, the retainer conversation probably isn’t right either.
What do you actually need from us?
Read-only access to your ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), GA4, and any performance dashboards. If you’ve got data on CAC, LTV, or ROMS — even rough — bring it to the kick-off call. The more commercial context we have, the sharper the output.
Who does the work?
Senior operators. agency founders oversees every audit. A senior specialist leads on paid media. Another for organic and GEO. No juniors. No outsourcing. The people who do the audit are the people who’d run the retainer.
We already have an agency. Is this relevant?
Often yes. We regularly find gaps that well-run agencies miss — particularly around attribution, AI tooling, and GEO. The audit is read-only and doesn’t affect your live campaigns. Use it to pressure-test your current setup.
Is there a pitch at the end?

How many audits do you run each month?
Limited. We run the audit with senior operators across four modules — that takes real time done properly. We cap the number of audits each month to protect the quality of the output. Applications are reviewed in order.
Can you audit a single channel?
We’d rather not. The most common reason growth ceilings persist is that the problem looks like a channel issue but is actually an attribution or strategy issue. A full-funnel view is how we catch that. If you genuinely only need one channel reviewed, a retainer conversation might be more efficient.
What size businesses is this for?
