      UGC & Creator Content

      Proof beats polish .

The bigger the decision, the less your own voice counts. Your buyer knows you’d say that, so for anything worth weeks of deciding, they go looking for someone with nothing to sell them.

We put that instinct to work: real customers and creators, cast for credibility, briefed on the angle, licensed properly, and deployed where the trust gets built, in the weeks before anyone compares.

      Our Process

Every format trust arrives in, made by the voices your buyer already believes.

      What we do

      How we create our ads

Cast for credibility, not follower count

We’re not renting audiences, we’re casting believability. The right face for a pet insurance ad is an anxious dog owner, not a lifestyle influencer, and the right voice for a wood finish is the joiner who’s used it for a decade. Sometimes the best creator on your account is already your customer. Reach is the platform’s job. Trust is the casting’s.

Briefed on the angle, scripted by nobody

Every creator gets the brief from creative strategy, the buyer, the pain, the moment, and the freedom to say it like a human. Scripted UGC is the worst of both worlds: the production values of a phone with the authenticity of a press release. The angle is fixed. The words are theirs. That’s the trick, and it’s why it works.

Licensed to run as ads, not just to exist

A creator post that lives on their profile is content. The same asset, rights cleared and allowlisted to run as paid from their handle, is your best-performing ad: a recommendation in the feed, with your targeting behind it. Usage rights, durations and renewals handled up front, so the winner you find in month one is still yours in month six.

Fed straight into the testing engine

Creator content enters the same arena as everything else: many voices, many angles, small budgets, real buyers voting. The creator who stops the scroll gets scaled, remade, and briefed again. The one who doesn’t gets thanked. No retainers for reach, no gut-feel favourites. The market picks the roster.

      Compliant before it's clever

In regulated categories, one creator’s throwaway claim can cost you an ad account, or a ruling with your name on it. So the claims framework comes first: what can be said, what can’t, agreed with compliance before a single brief goes out, with review built into the workflow. Authentic and approved aren’t opposites. They’re a process.

      Why it works

A stranger saying it's good outsells you saying it's perfect.

      FAQs

      Frequently asked questions

      Isn't this just influencer marketing?

No, and the difference is what you’re buying. Influencer marketing rents someone’s audience and hopes. We commission the asset: content built to an angle, licensed to run as paid, targeted by us, measured like every other ad. The creator’s following is mostly irrelevant. Their believability is the entire point.

We sell insurance, not lip gloss. Does creator content work for serious purchases?

It works hardest there. Impulse buys don’t need trust; a considered decision runs on it, and it’s precisely where a brand’s own claims count least. The pet owner explaining what the claim payout actually felt like, the patient walking through week one, that’s the content doing the job your best headline can’t. The serious categories aren’t the exception. They’re the reason.

Our buyer is a business, not a consumer. Still relevant?

More than you’d think, because the buyer is still a person in a feed. For B2B and trade, the creators are practitioners: the fitter, the engineer, the ops manager showing the thing in real use. A tradesperson’s honest fifteen seconds outsells a corporate showreel with a soundtrack, and it costs about two percent as much to make.

Where do the creators actually come from?

Three places, in order of believability: your own customers, who often just need asking properly; practitioners and experts in your world; and casting from creator networks where we need range or volume. Every one is vetted for fit before a brief goes near them, because one wrong face costs more than ten right ones return.

What happens if a creator says something off-brand, or worse, non-compliant?

It doesn’t reach the feed. The claims framework defines the lines before briefing, the review step catches drift before publishing, and nothing runs as paid without sign-off. Creators get freedom inside the frame, never outside it. In seven+ years of regulated work, the process is the reason we’ve kept it boring.

How do you know it's working beyond views and likes?

Same bar as every asset we make: what did a customer cost through this creative, against every other route in. Creator work usually announces itself early, hold rates and saves that brand-voice ads can’t touch, but the vanity numbers don’t get the final word. The attribution does. If a creator’s content isn’t moving the cost of a customer, no amount of engagement saves their slot.

What are your customers saying about you on camera?

If the answer is nothing, that’s not a content gap. It’s your most convincing salesperson, unhired.
