      Creative Testing

Your best ad doesn't exist yet .

Somewhere in your category, one angle outperforms the rest five to one. You don’t know which one it is, and neither do we. The difference is we’ve built a machine for finding out.

More distinct angles, produced at a speed that used to need a studio, tested in structure, killed or scaled on evidence. The brand that learns fastest wins, and learning has a speed limit set by how much you can make.

      Why Onelink?

Most brands test three ads a month and call it testing. That's not a test, it's a coin flip with extra steps. Volume is what makes the answers real, and AI-enabled production is what makes volume affordable.

      The learning loop

Every pound buys signal as well as sales.

Here’s the quiet shift AI made: production used to be the bottleneck, so brands made three polished ads and prayed. Now the bottleneck is discipline. Anyone can make fifty variations; the advantage is making fifty distinct ones, testing them so the results mean something, and having the nerve to act on what comes back.

      That’s the loop we run:

      • An angle backlog from creative strategy, every test starts as a hypothesis about a buyer, never “let’s try something”
      • Production at learning speed: AI-enabled where it multiplies output, human where the idea gets made, so volume never turns into slop
      • Structured tests with one variable moving: angle against angle first, then hook, then format, so you know why something won
      • Kill criteria agreed before launch, losers die on schedule, not after three more weeks of hope
      • Winners scaled, remade in ten variations, and mined until they stop paying

And the part most agencies skip: the learnings leave the ad account. The angle that wins on Meta rewrites the landing page, sharpens the email flows, and tells organic what to build next.

You’re not buying ads. You’re buying answers, and the answers work everywhere.

      How we do it

Hypothesis in, evidence out, on a loop that never stops running.

      FAQs

      Frequently asked questions

Won't AI-generated creative make us look like everyone else?

If you use it the way everyone else does, yes. AI is our multiplier, not our ideas department: the angle and the concept are human, the fifty executions of it are where the machines earn their keep. The slop you’re seeing in your feed is brands automating the thinking. We automate the rendering.

How much budget does testing actually burn?

Less than not testing does. Tests run on capped budgets sized to reach an answer and no further, single-digit percentages of spend, and every pound of it buys information you keep. Compare that to the real cost of no testing: your entire budget behind an unproven favourite, which is the most expensive test there is, run once, with no control group.

We've tested before. The results were noise.

Almost always a structure problem, not a testing problem. Ten ads that each change the hook, the format and the message at once can’t tell you anything, because when one wins, you don’t know why. We move one variable at a time, angle first, because angle is where the big differences live, and we size tests so the answer is real before anyone acts on it.

What counts as a winner? Our last agency celebrated CTR.

Clicks are a leading indicator, not a verdict. A winner is creative that changes what a customer costs, read through your attribution, not the platform’s scoreboard. Plenty of ads win the thumb and lose the P&L. The testing framework is wired to the same number everything else answers to, so a “winner” here means the same thing it means in your board pack.

How fast do we actually learn something useful?

First signals inside days, real answers inside weeks, and the pace compounds: every test narrows the next one, so month three’s hypotheses are sharper than month one’s guesses. The honest variable is your approval loop. Testing at learning speed needs sign-off at learning speed, and we’ll design the claims framework up front so compliance never becomes the bottleneck.

      What happens to the losers?

They get killed on schedule and mined for the lesson, because a loser that teaches you why it lost is cheap tuition. What we don’t do is let them linger: no “give it another week”, no sunk-cost spending on a founder’s favourite. The kill criteria are agreed before launch precisely so that conversation never has to happen.

What did last month's spend teach you?

If the answer is a ROAS figure and nothing else, you bought media without the signal. That’s the expensive way to do it.
