      AI & LLM Visibility

Your buyer just asked an LLM .

Questions that used to open ten blue links now get one answer, naming three or four brands. There’s no page two on AI platforms.

This is the new front of the funnel, forming right now, and it’s winner-take-most. We do the work that gets you into the answer: cited by the engines, named in the recommendations, present before the comparison ever starts.

      What we do

The comparison moment moved. Most brands haven't noticed.

For twenty years the deciding moment lived on a results page, and the aggregators built empires ranking there. AI answers reset the board: the engines don’t rank ten options, they synthesise one answer from sources they trust, and they recommend brands by name.

That’s a different game with different rules. It’s won by being the source worth citing, the clearest answer to the buyer’s actual question, the brand that machines and humans keep mentioning in the same breath as the category. Structured so an engine can read it, consistent everywhere it looks.

The honest part: this field is young, and anyone selling you a guaranteed ChatGPT ranking is lying. What exists is a clear, compounding body of work that measurably increases how often you’re cited and named, and a first-mover window that’s open right now, while your competitors are still asking whether it’s real.

      How we do it

Become the source the engines trust, then track every answer that names you.

      Measured, not mystical

We track your share of the answers. Then we grow it.

This only works as a discipline if you can see it, so measurement comes first: the questions your buyers actually ask AI engines, which brands get named in the answers, who’s being cited as the source, and where you sit in that share of voice against every competitor.

From there it’s a build. Content shaped like answers to real buyer questions, because engines cite what answers best. Your brand’s facts made consistent and machine-readable everywhere they’re checked. Authority earned through the mentions and citations engines treat as trust.

Then we watch the share move, month on month, in the same report as everything else. Not magic. Not hype. A new surface, measured properly, worked systematically, while it’s still cheap to win.

      FAQs

      Frequently asked questions

Is this actually real, or is it this year's hype?

The behaviour is measurably real: a growing share of buyer research now starts and often ends inside an AI answer, and every platform is pushing it deeper into search. What’s hype is the snake oil around it, guaranteed placements, secret hacks. Our version is neither: track the answers, do the work that earns citations, watch the share move. If the behaviour stalls, you’ve still built the best-answer content that wins classic search. The downside is a rounding error. The upside is the new page one.

How is this different from the SEO we already do?

Same foundations, different finish line. Classic SEO competes for a ranked position among ten; this competes for inclusion in a synthesised answer among three or four. That changes what matters: entity consistency over keywords, being cited over being positioned, answering the whole question over targeting a phrase. The overlap is why we run them as siblings. The difference is why “we do SEO” doesn’t cover it.

Can you guarantee we'll show up in ChatGPT?

No, and nobody honest can, the answers are probabilistic and the engines don’t sell placements. What we can do is move the inputs the engines demonstrably respond to: citation-worthy content, consistent entity signals, authority mentions, and prove it’s working through share-of-voice tracking. Think of it like SEO in 2005: no guarantees existed then either. The brands that did the work anyway owned the next fifteen years.

How do you even measure being "in the answers"?

Systematically. We build the question set your buyers actually ask, monitor the major engines’ answers to them over time, and track three things: how often you’re named, how often you’re cited as a source, and your share of voice against competitors. It reports monthly alongside every other channel. The moment this stops being measurable is the moment we’d stop selling it.

Won't AI answers just kill our website traffic anyway?

Some informational traffic, yes, the visit that only wanted a quick fact is disappearing, and no strategy brings it back. But watch what replaces it: buyers arriving having already been recommended you, later in the journey, far more ready. Fewer clicks, warmer clicks. The brands in trouble aren’t the ones losing thin traffic. They’re the ones absent from the answers doing the pre-selling.

When does this start mattering for a brand like ours?

It already does, the research phase of considered purchases is exactly where AI answering has landed hardest, insurance, healthcare, travel, anything people ask “which one” about. The practical answer: your share of voice today is probably near zero, so early work moves the number fast, and the compounding favours whoever starts first. This is the cheapest this will ever be to win.

Ask your preferred LLM who to buy from in your category.

If you’re not in the answer, your buyer never knew you were an option. Let’s fix the answer.

      Let's talk growth.
