The KPI was simple: acquire new customers at scale.
Before we could drive results, we needed to build the foundations. That meant understanding Omnos’ commercial model, how they traded, and how to efficiently convert interest into first-time buyers. Our strategy combined organic and paid activity from the ground up, built around real search behaviour, audience intent, and product margin.
We kicked off with commercial keyword research and a Meta audience strategy tied directly to symptoms and motivations, such as fatigue, sleep, and hormone imbalance. From there, we handled whole campaign builds across Google and Meta, including Performance Max, product feeds, and all tracking infrastructure.
Creative was tailored to educate and convert new audiences, while daily optimisation, reporting, and cross-channel alignment ensured performance stayed sharp from day one.
